Movo Shift — a free browser logic puzzle

Every swipe moves all unblocked files one tile. Match each file to its folder, but plan the order: a filed file stays put and can block another file’s path.

Solve puzzles ranging from short introductions to more demanding challenges. Explore a route, undo a move, and aim for the fewest moves. Play in your browser — no account needed.

How to play

Swipe the board, press an arrow key, or use W, A, S and D to move every unblocked file one tile.
Bring each file to the folder with its matching color and symbol. Files can pass through open folders.
A file in its matching folder stops moving. Keep passages open until the other files have reached their folders.

A blocked move does not increase your move count. Use Undo to explore another route or Restart to try again. Settings offers hints, the full rules, and optional on-screen arrows.

Find a shorter solution

Target shows the fewest moves needed from the start. Any solution unlocks the next puzzle; finishing at the target earns Optimal! Open Settings → Levels to revisit unlocked puzzles, choose a difficulty, or find scores to improve.

Earn stars

Finish at Target for three stars and Optimal! Earn two stars with up to 25% extra moves, rounded up to whole moves, or one star for any other finish. For Target 20: three at 20 moves, two at 21–25, one at 26 or more.

Hints do not reduce stars; Hint used stays visible. The finish screen rates this attempt. Levels and daily results rate your best score, including earlier results.

A daily puzzle to come back to

Open Settings → Daily challenge for a different puzzle each day. The date changes at 00:00 UTC. Daily results have their own best scores, and Back to campaign restores your campaign run.

The prepared daily calendar runs through 6 October 2028. Your started puzzle stays active when the day changes.

Keep playing offline

Once Settings shows Ready offline, you can keep playing without a connection. Your progress and best scores are saved in this browser. Clearing browser data removes those local saves; they do not transfer automatically to another device.
